​She is renowned for her ability to foster connection, drive innovation, and solve complex problems. Her leadership in community health is evidenced by her presentations at the American Public Health Association’s (APHA) annual meetings in 2019 and 2021.

In her role as a Certified Professional Coach through the Academy of Creative Coaching, she focuses on personal and professional development through tailored coaching and consulting. She is dedicated to building meaningful relationships that drive transformation, foster development, and create lasting change for both individuals and organizations.

Outside of her professional life, she is a wife and mom to her son and rottweiler and loves to spend quality time with her family at home, outdoors, and traveling to new places. She also trains jiu-jitsu and boxing as she is passionate about women's self-defense and staying healthy.
